Welcome to the audio portion of the Sacramento Appraisal Blog. That’s right, this is audio only. You can see my full blog here. Let me quickly introduce myself.

My name is Ryan Lundquist and I am an FHA Certified Real Estate Appraiser serving multiple counties in the Greater Sacramento Region. I enjoy the appraisal field, I work hard at what I do, and I’m absolutely a people person. My clients include brokers, banks, home owners, governmental agencies, Realtors, attorneys, insurance agents and more. I also provide market research as the head of Sacramento Tax Appeals and I am the founder of Sacramento Real Estate Tube.

I sit on the YPC Board through the Sacramento Association of Realtors and I communicate regularly with other appraisers and professionals in my field. Beyond work, my passions include playing the guitar and harmonica, biking, improving local neighborhoods, video, community building, Project 680, WordPress, building stuff, local church, and spending time with family and friends.

On my blog here you’ll find audio thoughts on topics including real estate market trends, interviews, appraisal issues, local stuff, and anything else I might find interesting – porches, social capital, coffee, people, events, etc…
